Eko 2026 Launches Official Website for National Games

The Organising Committee of the maiden National Intermediate Games, known as Eko 2026, has launched its official website, eko2026.org. This platform is designed to provide real-time information and seamless access to details about the multi-sport event.

Gbenga Omotoso, the Chairman of the Media and Publicity Sub-Committee, emphasized that the website focuses on user experience, featuring clean fonts and an intuitive interface for easy navigation. The site aims to be a reliable source of information for visitors and athletes, particularly first-timers, about Lagos and the Games.

Omotoso recalled Lagos' history of hosting significant sporting events, including the first National Sports Festival in 1973 and the well-organized edition in 2012. He assured that Eko 2026 would continue this tradition, aiming to set new standards in youth sports development and to stage the most colorful Games in Nigeria's history.
