Luhanga Advocates for Electoral Reform in Zambia

Patricia Luhanga, serving as the Corporate Affairs Manager at the Electoral Commission of Zambia, highlighted the critical need for institutional traction and reform in public service to improve electoral processes. Speaking at the AIG Public Leader Programme, she discussed the necessity for public servants to reclaim discipline and reflect on foundational leadership principles.

The programme, designed to empower senior public servants across Africa, aims to equip leaders with tools to initiate and sustain reforms. Luhanga emphasized the importance of understanding institutional challenges and designing practical solutions to implement reforms effectively.
