MAAUN Matriculates 430 Students in Niger Ceremony

The Maryam Abacha American University of Niger (MAAUN) held a matriculation ceremony for 430 students on a Saturday, where Dr. Shu Aibu Usman Tanko, the Director of the campus, addressed the new students. He reminded them of the challenges ahead and urged them to adhere to the university's rules and regulations, emphasizing that the matriculation signifies their formal admission and academic responsibilities.

Dr. Tanko charged the newly admitted students to focus on their studies and avoid actions that could tarnish the university's image, reinforcing a zero-tolerance policy towards misconduct. He described MAAUN as a conglomerate of universities known for academic excellence, providing students with opportunities to grow and pursue careers in health sciences abroad.

The university is currently constructing a facility worth N10 billion in Maradi, which will enhance its educational offerings and support its mission to foster a diverse learning environment.
