Manchester United Nears New Deals for Mainoo and Maguire

Manchester United is reportedly close to finalizing new contracts for players Kobbi Mainoo and Harry Maguire. Negotiations are at an advanced stage, although further work is still required to conclude the terms.

Mainoo's current contract runs until June 2027, with a proposed extension that could prolong it until the summer of 2031, significantly improving his salary. On the other hand, Harry Maguire is scheduled to become a free agent at the end of the current season, but there is an option for a fresh one-year deal that includes an additional 12-month extension.

Maguire has started nine games under manager Michael Carrick so far this season, indicating his ongoing role within the team as they seek to secure both players' futures.
