PDP in Oyo State Postpones Meetings for Reconciliation

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State, led by Governor Seyi Makinde, has announced the postponement of its caucus, Board of Trustees (BoT), and National Executive Council (NEC) meetings until further notice. This decision was communicated in a statement on Wednesday from the party's national secretariat.

The postponement is based on advice from the court, which is currently overseeing a case involving the PDP in Ibadan. The court has urged the party to seek an amicable resolution to its disputes outside of the courtroom.

The case has been adjourned indefinitely, and the court has indicated that if the party fails to reach an agreement, it may return to court for further proceedings.
