Oyo State First Lady Launches Measles-Rubella Campaign for 3.6 Million Children

The wife of the Oyo State Governor, Tamunominini Makinde, has initiated a measles-rubella campaign in Oyo State targeting 3.6 million children aged nine months to 14 years across 33 local government areas. The campaign aims to protect children from diseases, including HPV, which causes cervical cancer.

The launch event, attended by health officials like Abiodun Awoley and Dr. Oluwaserimi Ajetunmobi, highlighted the government's commitment to immunization and achieving universal health coverage in Oyo State.
