Lagos Governor's Wife Launches Measles Rubella Vaccination Campaign

Lagos State Governor's wife, Claudiana Ibijoke, launched the Measles Rubella Vaccination (MRV) Campaign in Lagos. The campaign aims to ensure every eligible child is immunized against preventable diseases.

The initiative began with an awareness walk at the Lagos State Secretariat, followed by stakeholder engagement sessions. The campaign, supported by Governor Babajide Olusola, emphasizes the government's commitment to child health and strengthening the healthcare system.

Dr. Ibijoke highlighted the importance of safeguarding children's futures and preventing diseases like measles and rubella.

The First Lady stressed the collective social responsibility in championing child health, with the backing of the Governor's Spouses Forum Initiative and other stakeholders.
