Malami's Lawyers Seek Clarity on Release Amid Fear of Rearrest

Malami's legal team returned to the Federal High Court in Abuja to address issues surrounding his release from Kuje prison. The court had granted bail to Malami's wife and son with stringent conditions.

Malami, the former Attorney General of the Federation, refused to leave prison citing fears of being rearrested by the DSS. He instructed his lawyers to seek an order to prevent any immediate arrest upon release.
