Ogun Police Arrest 25-Year-Old for Double Murder

Abubakar Musa, a 25-year-old man, was arrested by the Ogun State Police Command for the alleged murder of two individuals and the injury of three others in the Olamb area of Ogun State. According to a press statement from the police spokesperson, DSP Oluseyi Babaseyi, the attack occurred when the victims attempted to calm down Musa, who was reportedly aggressive.

The victims, Gbadamasi Ibrahim and Chinedu Di, were taken to the hospital, while the three injured individuals, Moham Abubakar, Ashiru Adamu, and Paul Lawrence, are in critical condition and receiving treatment. Following the attack, Musa fled the scene but was later apprehended by detectives.

The case has been forwarded to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) for further investigation and prosecution. Ogun State Police Commissioner Bode Ojajuni condemned the attack and promised that justice would be served, urging the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious violent behavior.
