Two Arrested for Stabbing Death at Adamawa Birthday Party

The Adamawa State Police Command has arrested two suspects, Samson Elisha, aged 19, and Ayuba Stephen, aged 21, in connection with the death of 25-year-old Fridai Isah. The incident occurred during a birthday party in the Digil ward of Mubi North Local Government Area on a Friday. According to a statement from the command's spokesperson, Suleiman Nguroj, the suspects allegedly stabbed the victim and fled the scene. Upon receiving the report, officers from the Mubi North Division Headquarters promptly rushed to the scene and conveyed the victim to a medical facility for treatment; however, he was later confirmed dead by medical personnel. The Commissioner of Police, Kabir Umar, has directed the Criminal Investigation Department to ensure a thorough investigation and prosecution of the suspects. The command has reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring justice and urged residents to report any suspicious activities to the nearest police station.
