Manchester United Urged to Sign Victor Osimhen Before Deadline

Louis Saha, a former forward for Manchester United from 2004 to 2008, has urged the club to sign Nigerian international Victor Osimhen from Galatasaray before the summer transfer window closes on Tuesday, September 1. In an interview with MrGamble, Saha stated that Osimhen is eager to join Manchester United and that his interest is not solely based on financial incentives or Champions League aspirations.

Saha expressed confidence that the 27-year-old Super Eagles striker would choose Manchester United over other clubs, including Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, if given the opportunity. He compared the situation to Manchester United's past failure to sign England captain Harry Kane, which he deemed one of the club's costliest transfer mistakes.

Osimhen has made a strong start in Turkey, scoring five goals in three Turkish Super Lig appearances, making him the league's top scorer early in the season. He previously enjoyed success in Serie A, winning the Scudetto and the Serie A Golden Boot with Napoli.
