Kachikwu Critiques Mark-led ADC as Clueless and Desperate

Dumebi Kachikwu, the former presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), criticized the faction led by David Mark, describing its leaders as political merchants who are clueless and desperate. Kachikwu's remarks came during a press briefing in Abuja, where he highlighted the involvement of notable figures such as former Vice President Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi, former Minister of Transport Rotimi Amaechi, and former Governor Rauf Aregbesola.

He condemned the faction for proceeding with a convention despite ongoing legal disputes, asserting that they lack the legal standing to do so. Kachikwu also warned against the potential for political instability, referring to the faction as "political gangsters" and cautioning against actions that could lead to a breakdown of law and order in the country.

He called for a united front to address Nigeria's economic challenges and emphasized the ADC's mission to restore the party's integrity.
