Governor Wes Moore Welcomes BTS to Baltimore Concerts

Maryland Governor Wes Moore extended a warm welcome to the K-pop group BTS as they prepare for their performances at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore on August 10 and 11. In a video message shared on social media, which included Korean subtitles for BTS fans known as ARMY, Moore praised the seven members—RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook—for their ability to unite people across cultural and linguistic barriers.

He emphasized their shared goal of overcoming differences and bringing the world together. Moore concluded his message by welcoming BTS to Baltimore and encouraging ARMY to express their excitement.

The Baltimore shows are part of BTS's large-scale ‘ARIRANG’ world tour, marking their return to stadium performances as a complete seven-member lineup. This tour includes multiple performances across various regions, with the Baltimore stop being a significant date on the North American leg.
