This collaboration marks their first musical project together since Mayorkun departed from Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) in 2021 to pursue an independent career.

Mayorkun announced the release on his verified Instagram page, sharing a promotional image with Davido and captioning it, “New Music! This Friday! ‘B4 B4’ #Oriade.” Davido responded with “WE BACK,” further heightening anticipation among fans.

The collaboration is expected to feature on Davido’s upcoming album, “Oriadé.” Both artists have a history of successful collaborations, including hits like “Prayer” (2017), “Mind” (2018), and “Betty Butter” (2020).
