Mountain Top Chorale Wins Gold at World Choir Games

The Mountain Top Chorale, under the direction of conductor Oluwasegun Okedunmola, won the gold medal in the Spiritual category at the 14th World Choir Games held in Helsingborg, Sweden. The General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, Daniel Olukoya, celebrated this achievement, noting that the choir scored an impressive 87.38 points.

The World Choir Games, organized by Interkultur, is recognized as the largest international choir competition, with around 8,500 singers from over 40 countries participating. The event took place from August 6 to 16, 2026, marking the first time the games were held in Sweden.

Olukoya praised the choir's dedication, discipline, and teamwork, emphasizing that their victory is a testament to using their gifts to glorify God. He expressed gratitude to all who contributed to this success, stating, “To God alone be all the glory!”.
