Monarch Lauds UPTH Boss Over Medical Outreach

Chief Franklin Chukwuma, the traditional ruler of Ndoni community in Rivers State, praised the Chief Medical Director of the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital (UPTH), Dr. Henry Ugboma, for his medical outreach program in the community.

Chukwuma conferred a chieftaincy title of Ugboma Ogene Ndoni Kingdom and Akpanuka Ndoni on Dr. Ugboma, along with Chief Dennis Obi, a politician and Niger Delta activist.

The traditional ruler highlighted Dr. Ugboma's selfless service to the community, particularly to the less privileged.

He expressed gratitude for the honor and pledged loyalty and commitment to the development of Ndoni Kingdom. The medical outreach program was commended for its meritorious service to the community.
