Moniepoint Launches Executive Program with ALU

Moniepoint Inc. has partnered with the African Leadership University School of Business to initiate a 13-week executive development program designed to strengthen its leadership pipeline and bolster Nigeria’s digital economy. The program aims to equip managers with essential skills in leadership, strategic management, and data-driven decision-making.

It will feature a combination of physical immersion sessions, live virtual classes, and self-directed learning, divided into two tracks: Strategic Management and Leadership, and Data-Driven Decision-Making. Tosin Eniolorunda, Group Chief Executive Officer of Moniepoint Inc., stated that the initiative reflects the company's commitment to cultivating world-class leadership talent to foster innovation and financial inclusion across Africa.

The curriculum will be delivered by faculty members including Dr Olugbenga Afolabi and Dr Omowale Crenshaw. The program is intended to enhance internal leadership capacity, supporting Moniepoint's efforts to expand its digital financial services and contribute to Nigeria's digital economy agenda.
