Nigerians Injured in Iranian Missile Attack on UAE

On March 14, 2026, an Iranian missile attack on the UAE resulted in injuries to 140 residents, including Nigerians, as reported by the Nigerian Ministry of Defence. The attack involved multiple ballistic missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles, with the UAE's air defense system intercepting several of them.

In the last three weeks, at least 65 Nigerian soldiers have been killed in coordinated assaults on military bases in northern Nigeria, indicating a dangerous resurgence of insurgent activities.
