Mother and Daughters Abducted in Kaduna Bandit Attack

On Friday night, around 10:23 PM, a bandit attack in the community of Unguwar Sabon Titi, Katari, Kaduna State, resulted in the abduction of a mother and her four daughters. The victims were identified as Ladi Malachi, Patience Malachi, Inama Malachi, Peter Malachi, and Aboyi Malachi.

Ibrahim Shehu, a local community leader, confirmed the incident, stating that the assailants targeted specific houses, leading to the kidnapping of seven individuals from different families in the area of Kurmin Uwa, near Janjala, within the Kagarko Local Government Area. Following the attack, the community promptly alerted security operatives, but the response has been inadequate, raising concerns about the ongoing wave of attacks affecting the Kagarko community.

The Kaduna State Police Command's spokesperson, DSP Hassan Mansur, did not respond to calls or text messages seeking comments on the incident.
