Mother and Four Daughters Abducted in Kaduna Attack

On Friday at approximately 10:23 PM, a mother and her four daughters were abducted from their home in Kagarko, Kaduna. The incident was confirmed by community leader Ibrahim Shehu, who stated that bandits targeted their house, taking seven individuals, including Ladi Malachi, Patience Malachi, Promis Malachi, Inama Malachi, Peter Malachi, and Aboyi Malachi.

The bandits invaded the community, which is located about two kilometers from Kagarko town. Following the distress call, security operations were alerted to the invasion in Kurmin Uwa village.

The community leader expressed concerns over the ongoing bandit attacks in several villages within the Kagarko Local Government Area. Security sources indicated that efforts to locate the bandits' hideout around Kachia are ongoing, with plans for a rescue operation on Wednesday.

The spokesperson for the Kaduna State Police Command, DSP Hassan Mansur, did not respond to calls or text messages regarding the latest abduction.
