Seven U.S. Servicemembers Killed in Iran War Identified

Seven American servicemembers were killed in the Iran war, with the Pentagon announcing the identities of the fallen on March 4, 2026. Among them was Chief Warrant Officer 3 Robert M.

Marzan, 54, from Sacramento, California, believed to be the sixth soldier to perish at the scene in Kuwait. Captain Codi Khork, 35, from Winter Haven, Florida, was a National Guard member since 2009 and served in multiple deployments, including Saudi Arabia and Poland.

He earned several awards, including the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal. Sgt. 1st Class Nicol M.

Amor, 39, from Minnesota, was a mother of two who enlisted in the National Guard in 2005 and had previous deployments to Kuwait and Iraq. She received multiple military honors throughout her career.

Sgt. 1st Class Noah Tietjen, 42, from Bellevue, Nebraska, also served in the U.S. Army Reserve and had two previous deployments.

The deaths prompted tributes from local officials, including Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Senator Amy Klobuchar.
