Mr. Ibu's Family Appeals for Financial Support

The widow and children of late Nollywood actor John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu, have made an appeal for financial support to cover school fees and rent.

In a video interview conducted by content creator King Mitchi, they described their struggles, including living without electricity for two months due to unpaid bills. The widow expressed her difficulties in providing basic needs for the family, stating that they cannot afford to fetch water and have been unable to pay their house rent, resulting in disconnection of power supply.

Mr. Ibu's daughter acknowledged her mother's efforts to care for the family despite their financial struggles, thanking her for trying to provide for them.

The family is facing challenges with unpaid school fees, which have prevented the children from attending school. The widow shared a message from the school indicating the situation.

The appeal for assistance aims to clear outstanding school fees and reconnect electricity to their home.
