Mr. Ibu's Family Seeks Help for Rent and School Fees

Following the death of popular Nollywood actor John Okafor, known as Mr. Ibu, his widow and children have made an emotional appeal for financial assistance to help with their living conditions.

In a video interview conducted by content creator King Mitchi, the widow revealed that the family has been without electricity for two months due to unpaid bills and is struggling to pay rent and school fees. She disclosed that they have been fetching water and have faced disconnection of power supply.

The widow expressed gratitude for her efforts to keep the family together despite the hardships, while also highlighting the risk of her children dropping out of school due to unpaid fees. She showed a message from the school indicating the urgency of the situation.

Mr. Ibu passed away on March 2, 2024, at the age of 62.
