Okoi Obono-Obla, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), publicly expressed his dissatisfaction with the results of the party's national convention, declaring that his faith in the APC is "badly shaken." His comments were made during a statement reflecting on the party's journey, particularly in Calabar on a Sunday. Obono-Obla highlighted the need for clarity and courage in the party's future direction, especially in light of recent events, including the return of former chairman and the establishment of a special presidential panel for the recovery of public properties under former President Muhammadu Buhari.
