NADDC Advocates for Motor Media in Nigeria's Auto Growth

The Nigerian Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC) has called for stronger collaboration with specialized motor media to accelerate the growth of Nigeria's automotive sector. This call was made during the Motor World Resilience Nation Automotive Development Award ceremony, celebrating the 30th anniversary of Motor World Magazine in Lagos.

Otunba Oluwemimo Joseph Osanipin, the Director General of NADDC, received the award on behalf of the council, which was recognized for its commitment to promoting local manufacturing and skill development in the automotive industry. Osanipin delivered a keynote address titled "Motor Media: Catalyst for Automotive Industry Growth in Nigeria," highlighting the critical role of motor media in attracting investment and educating the public about emerging mobility technologies.

He noted that the global automotive industry is undergoing significant transformation, and Nigeria is implementing strategic programs to enhance its vehicle market competitiveness, including electric vehicle development and local content promotion.
