NAFDAC Warns of Substandard Edible Oils in Nigeria, Urges Vigilance

These oils lack proper labeling and pose health hazards due to adulteration and unknown sources.

NAFDAC advises consumers to avoid such products, check for authentic registration numbers, and report any suspicious items. The agency has intensified efforts to crack down on unsafe products, including counterfeit drugs worth billions recently seized in Lagos.
