NAHCO Begins Solar Cell Exports to US, Signs Airline Deals

NAHCO Aviance, a leading ground handling service provider in Nigeria, announced the commencement of solar cell exports to the United States, set to begin in January 2026. The company has partnered with BGE Nigeria Solar FZE for this initiative.

NAHCO will facilitate the export process for various carriers, including Lufthansa, Ethiopian Airlines, Turkish Airlines, and DHL, with shipments ranging from 20 to 50 tons per consignment. Additionally, NAHCO has secured an extension of its partnership with Qatar Airways for three years and a five-year contract with Saudia Airlines.

The company also affirmed a three-year contract with Flygabon, a new entrant in the Nigerian market, to enhance connectivity across West, Central, and Southern Africa. NAHCO's Group Managing Director and CEO, Olumuyiwa Olumekun, emphasized the company's commitment to maintaining high standards of service and operational discipline, ensuring seamless ground handling and cargo services.
