NAHCON Cuts 2026 Hajj Fare - Pilgrims to Pay Less, Urged to Complete Payments

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has reduced the Hajj fare for the 2026 pilgrimage to between N8.1m and N8.2m. This adjustment follows consultations with stakeholders and approval from the Federal Government.

Pilgrims from different zones will pay varying amounts, with Southern States paying slightly more than Northern States. The reduction in fare will see pilgrims paying around two hundred thousand naira less compared to the previous year.

NAHCON delegates in Saudi Arabia have finalized agreements with service providers for the upcoming Hajj, urging intending pilgrims to complete their payments by December 31, 2025.
