Nalaraba Withdraws from Nasarawa Guber Race for Senate

Abubakar Hassan Nalaraba, a member representing the Doma/Kena constituency, has formally withdrawn from the Nasarawa State governorship contest to run for the Nasarawa South senatorial seat under the All Progressives Congress (APC). This decision was announced during a press conference in Lafia and follows extensive consultations with party stakeholders and elders across the state.

Nalaraba emphasized that his choice was guided by wisdom and a commitment to the party's unity and stability. He expressed loyalty to the APC and aligned himself with the endorsement of Governor Abdullahi Sule for Ahmadu Aliyu Wadada as the party's preferred governorship candidate.

Nalaraba stated that his withdrawal was not due to a lack of capability but rather a sacrifice to preserve the unity and progress of the party during a critical political moment.
