NASA Discovers Monster Exoplanet Too Hostile for Life

NASA scientists have identified a colossal exoplanet, nearly 13 times the size of Jupiter, in a region of space where the chances of life are ruled out. The planet, classified as a "super Jupiter," presents extreme conditions such as high gravity, intense heat, and lack of a solid surface, making it inhospitable for any form of life.

Dr. Karen Lopez from NASA's Exoplanet Science Institute highlights the challenges in distinguishing such massive planets from stars and emphasizes the hostile nature of this newly discovered world.

Despite its enormous size, the exoplanet lacks the necessary conditions for life to exist in a stable form.
