Nigeria Boxing Federation Unveils Team Nigeria Squad for African Boxing League

The Nigeria Boxing Federation (NBF) has revealed the list of 41 boxers who will represent Team Nigeria in the maiden African Boxing League. The squad includes male boxers like Sodiq Oduniyi, Samuel Dahusi, and Musefiu Quam in various weight categories.

Female boxers such as Ayomid Mayowa, Amirah Oluwatoyin, and Adesina Zainab are also part of the selection. Coaches selected for the team include Lasisi Mayowa, Sobo Moham, and Kemi Adebayo.

The league, set to feature pugilists from 20 African nations, will commence in April, with the tournament's technical committee gearing up for the championship. Boxers are expected to resume training later this month in preparation for the upcoming tournament.
