NCAA Praises Progress on Gusau Airport Development

The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) Director, Ahmad Abba, praised the progress of the Gusau Airport project during an inspection visit to the site. Accompanied by the state Commissioner for Works, Lawal Barau Bungudu, and other officials, Abba noted the high level of compliance with national aviation standards and the quality of work being executed.

The inspection revealed that the project is progressing well, with significant completion levels achieved. Abba commended Governor Dauda Lawal for his effective supervision of the project, emphasizing the administration's commitment to infrastructure development in the state.

The inspection team included the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Works, Haruna Dikko, and Special Adviser on Infrastructure, Ibrahim Musa Agigi, who provided technical briefs during the visit. Abba assured the state government of the NCAA's continued support and cooperation to ensure the airport meets all operational requirements in line with established aviation regulations.
