Airlines Launch Flights from Gusau International Airport

Two airlines have officially launched commercial flights from Gusau International Airport in Zamfara State, as announced by Mahmud Muhammad Dantawasa on Monday. The planned routes include flights from Gusau to Abuja via Sokoto and Gusau to Abuja via Kano, with each airline operating at least two flights per week.

This development is expected to significantly improve business travel and economic activity in the region, making it easier for investors to access Zamfara. Dantawasa emphasized that the completion of the airport marks a major milestone for Governor Dauda Lawal's administration.

The initiative is part of the government's broader efforts to transform Zamfara into an attractive investment destination while enhancing infrastructure and promoting economic growth.
