Peter Obi Faces Pressure in NDC Primaries in Anambra

During the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) primaries held in Anambra State, Peter Obi, the party's presidential candidate, encountered intense pressure as grassroots support reportedly shifted towards other aspirants. This shift displaced several established political figures across various constituencies, including Ifeanyi Iwuchukwu in Onitsha North/South, Eric Ayamen in Idemili North/South, and others.

The primaries resulted in significant political discussions within the party, especially following the emergence of new candidates, which unsettled established stakeholders.
