Dickson and Kwankwaso Discuss NDC Unity Ahead of Elections

Seriake Dickson, the former governor of Bayelsa State and a chieftain of the Nigerian Democratic Coalition (NDC), disclosed details of his meeting with Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, the former governor of Kano State. The meeting aimed to address internal issues within the NDC and promote unity within the party.

Dickson shared this information on his Facebook page on Tuesday following the meeting. Kwankwaso, recognized as a leader within the party and a vice presidential candidate, noted the NDC's emergence as a leading opposition platform in Nigeria.

Dickson emphasized the importance of dialogue, consultation, and reconciliation to address party issues. He expressed confidence that discussions with Kwankwaso would strengthen cooperation within the party, enabling members to work together for electoral success.

Additionally, he highlighted the significance of the Kwankwasiyya and Obidi movements as valuable support groups for the party, revealing steps taken to integrate members of these movements into NDC activities nationwide.
