NDLEA Declares Drug Kingpin and Associates Wanted

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has declared Nnamuka Uchenna Alia Odogwu, a drug kingpin, and three associates—Emmanuella Iroka, Kingslei Ekechi, and Chijiok (also known as Eken Okwunaga)—wanted for their alleged involvement in operating a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory. FHC/OW/CS/22/2026 filed on July 3, 2026. The NDLEA discovered the laboratory in Njaba Local Government Area on February 25, 2026, recovering 18.4 kilograms of methamphetamine.

The agency has frozen bank accounts containing a combined balance of N9,840,873,566.66 linked to the suspects, which includes assets such as filling stations, multi-storey residential buildings, and luxury vehicles. NDLEA Chairman Brig Gen Buba Marwa (Rtd) commended the operatives involved and emphasized the agency's commitment to dismantling drug trafficking networks and tracking down drug kingpins.
