Ndume Backs Tinubu’s Agency Appointments

Former Senate Leader Ali Ndume publicly supported President Bola Tinubu's recent federal agency appointments, emphasizing the move as a deliberate effort to address northern concerns. Ndume praised Tinubu for listening to genuine grievances and appointing individuals like Lydia Musa, Jamilu Aliyu, Yahuza Inuwa, Sanusi Musa, and Muhammad Babangida to key positions.

He noted that while Kano and Kaduna received multiple slots, Sokoto and Zamfara only secured one, highlighting Tinubu's consideration of northern political dynamics.
