New Kwara NSCDC Commandant Issues Warning to Criminals

Bala Bodinga has officially resumed his duties as the commandant of the Kwara State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) on the 15th of October. He issued a stern warning to criminals and economic saboteurs, stating that Kwara State will not serve as a safe haven for those engaging in vandalism or sabotage of government infrastructure.

Bodinga emphasized that the NSCDC will not tolerate acts that threaten national assets, including illegal mining and pipeline vandalism. He asserted that the command is fully prepared with operational strategies to decisively deal with offenders.

Bodinga, who has held various significant operational and administrative positions across the country, aims to strengthen the effectiveness of the NSCDC in Kwara State. He pledged to deepen collaboration with sister security agencies and community leaders to enhance peace and security.

Furthermore, he called on the public to remain vigilant and cooperate with security agencies by providing credible information to aid in crime combat.
