Newstap to Unveil Nominees for Second Five Star Award

Newstap, an online public news community, is preparing to announce the nominees for the second edition of the Newstap Five Star Award. The award recognizes individuals and organizations that have significantly contributed to the development of Nigeria's sports ecosystem.

Notable winners from the previous edition include Rev Fr Dr Hyacinth Alia, the Executive Governor of Benue State, and other figures such as Abubakar Lawal, Ebi Egb, Ikenn Remo, Kunle Soname, and Chief Barrister Paul Edeh. The selection committee ensures that only deserving nominees who have made substantial contributions to sports development are shortlisted.
