NGF Lauds Young Golfers at National Youth Games, Calls for Increased Support

The Nigeria Golf Federation (NGF) has praised young golfers and called for increased support following the National Youth Games. Held at the Ibori Golf Country Club, the event showcased the potential of youth golf in Nigeria, offering 24 medals.

NGF's Technical Director, Olajide Bolaji, emphasized the importance of nurturing young talent and highlighted the country's growing presence in international golf. Bolaji commended Delta State for hosting the games and stressed the need for continuous investment in golf infrastructure to sustain progress.

He also noted the networking opportunities and wider benefits the sport provides, urging government and private sector support for the growth of golf in Nigeria.
