Niger State Invests N5bn to Revive Aviation College Campus in Minna

The Niger State Government has committed N5 billion to revive the Nigerian College of Aviation's mini campus at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Airport in Minna. Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago made the pledge during a visit to the college management, aiming to reduce the financial burden of sending students abroad for aviation courses.

The funds will be used for constructing classrooms, hostels, and enhancing infrastructure at the mini campus. The government's goal is to make the airport a hub for aviation and agriculture, promoting economic growth in the region.

The initiative received praise from the Rector of the Nigerian College of Aviation, Dr. Danjuma Adamu Ismail, who highlighted the importance of the partnership with the Niger State Government in boosting personnel training and expertise.
