USOSA President Advocates Early Tech Adoption in Schools

Michael Magaji, the President of the United Schools Old Students Association (USOSA), advocated for the early adoption of technology in education as a means to boost national development. Speaking at a donation ceremony in Lagos, he highlighted the importance of integrating technology into learning environments.

Wowbii, represented by its CEO Gbolahan Ilayomi, donated 20 interactive smart boards to 20 underprivileged schools across Nigeria, which typically lack access to such educational tools. Magaji noted that these donations would significantly impact the education sector, particularly public education, and emphasized the need for citizens to contribute to educational development.

He called on Nigerians to give back to schools, stressing that the responsibility of improving educational conditions should not rest solely on the government. The initiative aligns with the federal government's drive towards modernizing classrooms and enhancing student engagement through technology.
