Nigeria to Host 2026 International Civil Service Conference

Nigeria is set to host the 2026 International Civil Service Conference (ICSC) in Abuja on May 20-21, 2026. The conference will serve as a major global gathering for public service leaders, government experts, reform advocates, and development partners, focusing on strengthening public administration and reform resilience.

The event is organized by the Federal Civil Service of Nigeria, with a statement issued by Eno Olotu, Director of Press and Public Relations. The theme of the conference is "Reform, Resilience, Results." It is expected to attract senior government officials, heads of civil service institutions, and policy experts from various countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, and several African nations.

The conference will feature plenary sessions, technical roundtables, and interactive engagements aimed at generating practical solutions for modernizing public service systems. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, head of the Federal Civil Service, emphasized the importance of the conference in advancing reform and improving service delivery.
