Nigerian Army Neutralizes Bandits in Kwara State Offensive Operation

The Nigerian Army, specifically the 22 Armoured Brigade, launched a coordinated offensive operation against terrorist elements in Kwara State. Captain Maureen Ogbuka, acting as the Deputy Director of 2 Division Army Public Relations, disclosed the developments on Friday.

The operation, part of a joint effort in the area, resulted in the neutralization of bandits in terrorist enclaves. Captain Ogbuka highlighted the significant support received from the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) in achieving this feat.

The operation was carried out in Sector 3 of Operation Faslan Yamma. The statement emphasized the Army's commitment to combating terrorism and securing the region.
