The Nigerian Film Corporation addressed rumors surrounding the alleged death of Nollywood actor Ali Nuhu. The rumors originated from a video shared by Facebook user Ifeoma Chigbo, claiming the veteran actor had passed away.

Another post suggested Nuhu had died in a car accident. However, NFC's director of public affairs, Brian Etuk, released a statement on Monday debunking these reports as false and malicious.

Etuk confirmed that Nuhu is alive, healthy, and actively fulfilling his duties. The statement emphasized the need for responsible behavior when sharing information and warned against spreading false news.

The NFC's swift response aimed to clarify the situation and put an end to the unfounded rumors surrounding Ali Nuhu's alleged death.
