Nigerian lawyer selected for ILFA secondment in London

Nigerian lawyer, Samira Adamu, has been chosen for a secondment in London by the International Lawyers for Africa (ILFA). With expertise in complex contract negotiation, drafting, regulatory compliance, and strategic legal advisory, Samira has also undergone specialized training in international law, arbitration, and compliance monitoring.

Holding a PhD in Law from the University of Abuja, her doctoral thesis focused on Nigeria's legal institutional framework for Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in infrastructure development. Samira also holds an LLM from Durham University, a LLB from Baze University, and a MSc in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford.

She has received numerous academic awards and is dedicated to education and community development, founding an organization to support education in her home state of Sokoto. Samira expressed her honor in representing Nigeria, particularly Sokoto, on an international platform like ILFA, hoping to inspire young professionals in northern Nigeria to realize their global potential.
