He highlighted that these issues disrupt economic activities, education, and transportation across the country.

David stressed the importance of evidence-based solutions rather than emotional reactions, pointing out a significant gap in the country's security architecture due to a lack of reliable data. He noted that understanding crime patterns is crucial for deploying resources effectively and identifying vulnerable areas for intervention.
