Nigerian Yinka Babalola to Lead Rotary International

Yinka Babalola from Nigeria has been announced as the President-elect of Rotary International, marking a historic milestone as the second African and second Nigerian to lead the global humanitarian organization. Babalola, who joined Rotary in 1994, will officially assume office on July 1, 2026, following the resignation of the current president.

His leadership journey within Rotary includes serving as District Governor and Vice President.
