President of NIQS, Kene Christoph Nzekw, highlighted the critical role of quantity surveyors in managing construction costs and ensuring value for money.

The institute calls for a new governance agenda in Nigeria, focusing on fiscal reform and infrastructure planning. The 31st biennial general meeting in Abuja will address leveraging the National Integrated Infrastructure Master Plan (NIIMP) and contemporary cost management tools.
