Ahudiyanem FC Players and Officials Suspended for Misconduct

Ahudiyanem FC has been subjected to an indefinite suspension of its players and officials due to misconduct during a match against Right 2 Win FC. The Nigeria Nationwide League announced the suspension, which affects players Anayo Chukwujekwu, Christoph Onu, and Emmanuel Ibeh, along with the team manager and head coach, for bringing the game into disrepute.

The league's disciplinary committee is pending a final decision on the matter. Additionally, Ahudiyanem FC has been fined ₦500,000 and is required to submit a written assurance guaranteeing the safety of match officials, following reports of threats during the incident.

The Nigeria Nationwide League clarified that the match was not officially abandoned despite the disturbances.
